- We deliver to all cities and states all over the World. We would request you to provide us your COMPLETE postal address with pin/zip code so the product reaches you hassle free. We will not be responsible for postal delays in case of incomplete or any type of mistake in address given by you.
- Please note that any shipment may not be done from our warehouse or office on weekends, public or government holidays. We may try to arrange shipment on weekends in special cases.
- Also note that all shipments to any Girls College/School/Hostel will be placed at customer’s risk only. We shall not be responsible if acceptance is refused by them. We will also not be liable for such circumstances for refund or credit to customer’s account.
- In case of parcel undelivered due to wrong address, re-shipping charges and penalty(in case of any) will be bear by the buyer not Shopping Duniya. Please mention your shipment address correct.
- In case of gifting or any special occasion for delivery, preferred date must be mention in date box. Delivery on the preferred date would be only taken by us if the product selected by you is ready in stock. If the product is not in stock then the date of delivery would be specific.
- If you have ordered two or more products, you may receive your products on different days and parcels. It may be due to vary in availability of products. It may be also due to safety of products, so you may receive different parcels.
- All the parcels shipment will be insured by Shopping Duniya at no extra cost to the customer. Customer will not suffer any kind of loss in any transit in case of delivery failure by the courier companies. But after the delivery at door of the customer Shopping Duniya shall not be responsible for damages or stolen parcels.
- As soon as the shipment of parcel takes place from our side, you will be informed by email. Email will regarding the shipment of your order and details like name of courier company, tracking number, date of shipping, expected date of delivery etc.

- In case of shipment to multiple address you have to purchase and make payment individually for different products.
- All packing are standard packed and it will be sended by reputed courier company. Delivery period may vary according to cities and countries.

- Sometimes shipment may be delayed due to situations beyond our control and delays may occur. No refunds, returns, replacement and exchange will be entertained for these reasons.
